OK, now I am guilty of still having my Christmas tree up...but I'm the only one that sees it and it will be down by the end of the weekend.
BUT....I'd like to share something with you all.
Dear across the street neighbors:
It is freaking January 13th. I'm SICK of looking at your house. It looks like Christmas got food poisoning and vomited all over your house. Our street is the cutest thing ever. At least it WAS, until you decided that you wanted to celebrate Christmas all year round.
Please take them down, you're disturbing me. And my eyesight.
A-Thank You,
Love,
TJDon't take this as me being cranky. I'm quite the opposite. I've actually been waiting for a week to see if they take them down...or at least stop turning them on...and I told myself I'd blog about them if they didn't. So, here you go.
I love love love Christmas....like a 3 year old...but the holidays aren't as special if they are celebrated ALL THE TIME...right? Christmas wouldn't be Christmas if it was every day of the year.
Christmas lights are possibly one of my favorite things in the world. Ask my friends, I will get all road-raged if I'm driving around and see bad Christmas lights. If you're going to go through the trouble, try to make them look nice. Not like this. It's rude. It's not very neighborly. And take them down in a timely manner.
