What is this? What’s a quote book? Oh let me share this with you my friends. A quote book is just a book, or even a piece of paper that is carried around with you at all times. Whenever someone says a memorable quote, you write it down in the book. It’s that simple.
It may sound a bit silly to do something like this, but I guarantee that you will look back at your book and giggle. A lot. Guaranteed or your money back.
The funniest part is that nobody is likely to remember why, or when a certain quote was said, which usually makes this even funnier.
Let me give you a couple of examples from our recent trip to New York City out of my quote book.
(These probably won’t be at all funny to you, but put yourself in my shoes….and try to relate…and yes, even though a few of these are reallllllly bizarre, this really happened. This is really my life…these are really my friends…and I adore them and the unusual things that come out of their brains.)
“There is shit in here with hair – that shouldn’t have hair. Like that shark – I’ve never seen a shark that had hair.” – Lomax
“I was born in Sierra Leone, but I grew up in Indiana.” – Tsunami Roberts
“It looks like Louis Vuitton puked in here.” – Luke Lundgren
“Bad when a bar makes you feel so at home you can fart and light a match.” – Lomax
“Oh my gosh my contact case smells like tequila and burnt toast.” – Lomax, who else?
“Come to NYC a woman – leave a man.” – Taylor Jane
“How much for the mustache ride? PS I love you in the Mario & Luigi game. Doo – Doo – Doo – Doo”

My favorite of the entire trip? (besides the hairy shark….)
Drumroll please….
“ALLLLLLLLLLL. I said my name is AL. AL. Not KYLE. AL.” – the one and only Kyle Albert.
