"An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves."

Why is it so hard to get up and start moving today?  I desperately need to be doing things like (in no particular order)

• taking my Christmas tree down
• putting away all of my gifts
• vacuuming
• taking my decorations down
• organizing my office
• laundry
• finding something to wear tomorrow night
• finalizing plans for tomorrow
• shave desilu
• washing my car

I think those are like reverse resolutions for the new year.  I MUST get these things done before 2011.  That's in 2 days.  Must.  Get.  Motivated. 

Instead, I think I'm going to be curled up on my couch for a little while.  I'm snuggled with the most heavenly blanket known to man and it's so quiet and relaxing.



this is how I feel about moving right now.

 Maybe if I turn on iTunes as loud as it will go, I can get a little skip in my step....if I get off the couch to step, that is.  I'll try it.  Here goes nothin'.

 I think I'm in more of a Pandora mood.  Yeah, I'll try that instead....
